Right click on the color chip and select Keep Color. Implemented in version 1.155 or thereabouts.

Re: Removing Trims

Yes, individual stitches can be removed and altered using Enthusiast. You can also use the Sewing Simulator to cull stitches by creating stops at either side and then deleting the color. To delete a color change, simply make the colors the same.

Re: Save stitching file

You may have a lower version PED than the file you are saving. You may need to select the correct hoop in the program, which can help the program save a lower version. Also you could use the Preferences to convert to PES version 1 when saving.

Re: transfer from computer to embroidery machine

When you save the .PES file to the machine's drive letter (ex: d:\) that's all you need. If the file is not showing up on the machine, it is too large for the hoop. This is 99.999% of the case when the machine won't show a design that you know is there.

Re: How to keep Embrilliance from centering in the hoop

Most formats don't allow this, so Embrilliance will automatically center. Use the 'Edit' on your machine to position it off-center if it's a tough spot to hoop, like a collar, etc.

Re: Making words curve up or curve down, like a rainbow or a "U"

Sure, use the Circular Text button and make the radius smaller - you can go on the top or bottom of a circle.

Online Help from the Downloads page or built in help has it in the Lettering topic.

Re: Default program

Sometimes in Windows you need to point it to the program. You can do this and then browse to:
C:\Program Files\BriTon Leap\Embrilliance and double click the Embroidery.exe which has the yellow needle icon.

Re: embrilliance with accuqult

The Material setting is the topstitch holding the fabric in place. If you go straight to topstitching, this step may be ignored because the topstitches often run around first, which does the anchor.
