Re: excessive jumping?

Try adjusting your start and stop points. That can make a big difference. Currently they may both be on the same side of the design. Often times, it’s best if it starts on one side and stops at the opposite side.

Re: ThreadArt Poly Embroidery Thread

Hello there. I will check and see. If it is something in the works. But, depending on what Embrilliance product you own, you may be able to create your own thread palette for this thread. If you have Enthusiast I believe you can do that.

Re: Enthusiast

Hello Buncobuddy,
The biggest and most important thing you should notice right away is the stitch edit tool. There are various other features added but abilities you are given with the stitch editor open many doors creatively.

Re: Print Preview / Windows10

Hi Babs. What size hoop do you have selected? It looks like you might have a multi-position hoop selected. If so, designs have to be in precise location in the hoop. That could be causing the problem. I hope this is helpful.

Re: need help identifying font

I would have to agree with Roberta. If that’s not the case, it would surely be easy enough to trace. Then you could apply the desired stitch. I hope this helps.

Re: Subway Art

Hi Pamela, you should be able to do that in Stitch Artist Level 1. You can create templates in there that you will be able to save. You can then bring them back in and edit the text. You can do it in Essentials but you have to create each one individually. I hope this helps. Thanks

Re: Split Designs only 1 file!

Did you take the design to the machine? When you take the design to the machine, there is a folder that you open and you will see both sections of the designs. Check the design in the machine and let me know if that works. Thanks!
