1.) Make sure you have the current version of the software.
2.) Make sure the arm is not bumping during sewing.
3.) If there's a 'before' and 'after' version of the design which behaves differently, please forward those to support through the Contact Us link.

There is nothing in the file which sets the machine speed. The machine makes that determination based on the stitch length of each stitch and the user's preference for speed - you should be able to slow it down to 600SPM. A satin will sew more slowly than a run because the stitches are longer. Don't...

All the applique dies that AccuQuilt has are in there except for a few licensed ones, which cannot be added.
It is unclear when or how many new shapes AccuQuilt will come out with in the future, or if they'll be license free. We certainly hope so!
