To rename purchased BX fonts you ned to add AlphaTricks to your Embriliance platform. AT has a features for renaming BX fonts.

Essentials comes with 12 built-in fonts which can be typed from the keyboard. If you have a collection of embroidery fonts these cannot be typed from the keyboard. They can be used by merging the letters for a design and then arranging, aligning , etc. This is a tedious way to do lettering. AlphaTri...

When a design is selected its two property tabs are displayed. These are Color and Stitches.

Use the Merge Stitch File option from the File Menu or click the tool into toolbar. You can select multiple design files at one time which are then merged onto the design page whiney click the Implort button.

If you have AlphaTricks added to your Embrilliance you can rename BX fonts that yo have installed.

The Embrilliance Store shows AlphaTricks on sale for $99.00.

Imported fonts are stored here on Windows: / Documents / Embrilliance / Fonts / Imported / and here on Mac: Use the "Go To Folder..." command in the Finder Go Menu. Use the Sewing Simulator ... advance to where you want a new color stop, click the stop sign button, assign a new color. Advance to where that color should end and insert another color stop.

Easy peasy !
