Stitching shifting during stitch out

Post by kskar » Tue Aug 01, 2017 9:41 pm

Has anyone ever had a problem with files you have not resized and all the stitch layers are lined up but while the file is stitching out all of the sudden it has shifted off from where it should be?
I have made sure all the stitch layers are lined up correctly, that the arm is not touching anything. Re threaded and cleaned my machine.
I have narrowed it down the the embrillance software by just pulling a design directly from my flash drive that has it been edited at all and they stitch out file.
Even new fonts in the bx form I have imported are doing this. It's super frustrating and making all my designs reunited.

Hi kskar, what kind of stabilizer are you using? This is a rather unusual problem to be caused by the software. Hmmmm.....

1.) Make sure you have the current version of the software.
2.) Make sure the arm is not bumping during sewing.
3.) If there's a 'before' and 'after' version of the design which behaves differently, please forward those to support through the Contact Us link.
Cheers!
