The manual is on the Downloads page, as a PDF, on the same line as the program download. There is also a 'permission-slip' for those who want to print it at a copy shop. As manuals and Help files change every year, it's probably better to view the PDF and get to understand the basics of where things are and how the help is laid out. It's a little different than other things because the program is a platform which hosts several titles, so there is basic information about the platform and specific feature information about the various titles.
