Splitting a design in a 300 x 260 hoop

Post by kajero » Sun Mar 25, 2018 12:18 pm

I want to stipple quilt a piece of fabric that is 12 inches x 18 inches using the Embrilliance built-in curvy stipple pattern. The fabric will be backed with fusible fleece. The hoop size used will be 360 mm x 200 mm.

Even after watching these two tutorials
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Yxp08637xI and
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zGQbzWW2SO4
until I almost have them memorized I still am at a loss how to split my design. I know I will have to hoop the fabric three times but I doubt I am setting the splits up correctly. The top of the hoop on the top of the design is always angled down to hoop on the right. I can't figure out how to straighten it.

Can anyone advise me how to split my design correctly into the three hoops ? Can anyone suggest a tutorial besides the two I have mentioned earlier in the post? I also have 5D but don’t want to learn to do it in that program. I want to become proficient in Embrilliance!
