Help please

I purchased the Font Collection 1 and each time I open Embrilliance it asks me for the serial number for the Font Pack. It did not come with a serial number. Any ideas or suggestions?

Use the Contact Us link at the top of this page to submit a ticket request. All engrams come with a serial number and they can help you find yours.
