Guess I'm first.

I just installed CIM and it looks good, however, I get no thread selection in the drop down when trying to convert to a different brand of thread.

Any suggestions?

Hi, Steve,
The ability to change thread brand is on a per-format basis.
For example .DST files have no ability to store color.
.HUS files have a limited palette.

We recommend that users convert their files to .PES or .VP3 for thread colorization.
This allows you to print templates and examine colors with the file.

Is there a way to re-calibrate design print size in CIM? For some reason, when I try to print a design/thread chart from CIM, the design is never full size, regardless of my settings, but it will print in the proper size in Essentials. It would be nice to be able to print the full size design in CIM, I just can't figure out how to reset calibration.
Thanks in advance.
