Thanks Brian,
This video has helped me so much. It is amazing how much watching someone using the software can help. I have been trying to teach myself the new program with just the manual and having some frustration. Even with previous digitizing experience I was struggling. After watching this video today, I was able to open my design and using the info from the video I was able to work on my design quickly, without frustration and with great results. Thanks again for the great tutorial videos!!!! They are super awesome!!! Can't wait for the next ones. (I don't have Facebook but I do go to the site to get the latest info, I just can't leave a comment there, so hopefully it is ok to say thanks here on the forum) Kim :D

I cannot view the video because my computer says I have to disable "Safety Mode". I have a MacPro and do not know where this is to disable it. Anyone?

Also, I just purchased Essentials (2) and StitchArtist, but the process only allowed me to register one. Don't I have to register both or are they both covered under one registration?

Hi Wobassem!

I wonder if you try this link below and then click on the Stitch Artist Level 2 video if you would be able to see the video without problems.
Worth a try!

Otherwise I would suggest you contact the Embrilliance Support Team about your problem viewing the Videos. They are the Mac experts and should be able to assist you.
Use either of the links below to fill in and submit a Support Ticket to the Embrilliance Support Team and they will contact you.
