save to floppy disk

Post by gloriajk » Wed Apr 12, 2017 12:50 pm

Brother Pacesetter ULT2003D...This is the embroidery machine I have...It takes floppy disks. I have been trying to save my designs on a floppy to no avail. I know that my machine reads the designs on a floppy bacause I have some that were put on floppies before I borrowed the machine (its a friends who has a PC). I have a Mac Air and a Sabrent floppy disks. I have looked at the videos on youtube and have asked for help on the sites on the internet. Maybe I have a setting wrong on Embrilliance or am using the wrong disks 2HD. I have only copied one design on the disk and it was a redwork design, 4x4, and not many stitches. I hope someone can help me.

it has to be a windows disk - 2HD - formatted - and no folders or unrelated files
