Downloading to another PC and no BX file

I recently downloaded Thumbnailer to my Mac and downloaded it again to a windows PC. When I did I noticed I don't have BX files anymore. I do have BE. How to I get my BX file on my thumbnailer on my windows PC? All the fonts I have or for BX files not BE
