Thumbnailer serial number

I purchased Thumbnailer about a year ago and installed it on my office computer where I do most of my shopping/purchasing/downloading. Today I downloaded again to install on my sewing room computer. I went into my office computer and got the serial number, but when I enter it on the second computer, it says it isn't a valid serial number. I know the FAQ's say you can run it on more than one computer. My SN is EMT10-XXXX-XXXX. Is any of it now required? Is it case sensitive? Are the dashes (-) required or not? Help please!

Enter it as shown. That is the correct prefix for Thumbnailer. My other question, and please excuse me for asking, but this has happened many times, did you perhaps download the Essentials mistakenly? Often we'll hear that a serial number isn't working and the wrong product is being installed. If that isn't it, leave us all your info on a ticket at the Contact Us link (top of the page).
