Threadart thread

Hello, one of our customers provided an RGB file from Threadart. As this was the only person who has ever asked for this thread, rather than include it in the download, which makes it that much larger, we are trying something here: the Threadart colors are available as a BX file. Just save it and then drag it onto the Embrilliance program window or icon.

I downloaded the BX file but its missing many of the red colors. Here are the colors that I have that are missing from the BX file:

I have uploaded the BX file to my software but, I find that many colors are missing possibly due to the addition of colors by ThreadArt since this list was published. Can the pallet be updated to include these colors as well? Thank you for your kind assistance. Barbara
