Guess I'm first.

I just installed CIM and it looks good, however, I get no thread selection in the drop down when trying to convert to a different brand of thread.

Any suggestions?

Hi, Steve,
The ability to change thread brand is on a per-format basis.
For example .DST files have no ability to store color.
.HUS files have a limited palette.

We recommend that users convert their files to .PES or .VP3 for thread colorization.
This allows you to print templates and examine colors with the file.

Regards,
-Brian
