Mac Lion Problems With Mouse Hover

Postby ticklemytutu » Tue Nov 29, 2011 6:33 pm

I recently started having a problem with my essentials application. I had an issue right before this where I had to delete my .plist for essentials and re-install. Now when I try to adjust images on the screen the mouse does not line up with the alignment tools. For instance when I try to grab the rotate blue dot on an image I have to move up about a half an inch. I have photo of it if needed. Please help.

Hi,
What version are you installing? Please download the current version and let us know through the Contact Us link at the top of any Embrilliance.com page.

1.09 is the version number. I've re-installed several times. I've even removed the embrilliance .plist file. Still is off by about a half an inch.

Please do the following:

In your Applications Folder is a folder named Utilities. In the Utilities folder is a program named Terminal.

Run the Terminal program.

At the prompt type:

cd /applications

and press enter

Now type:

sudo chown :wheel "Embrilliance Essentials.app"

and press enter. You will be asked for your password.

Now run EE.

Post what the alignment now is.
