Question regarding applique monogram

Post by sandeejones » Wed Dec 05, 2012 4:45 pm

I am wanting to do an applique monogram and imported my font however it wants to sew one complete letter at a time. I want to know if there is a way to create ONE outline, ONE tack down and ONE satin outline for all 3 letters so each step is completely done before moving on to the next....??

Thank you!

This question was answered in a Support Ticket opened by the poster. Here is that answer:

Let me make some assumptions about the font you imported and give some directions based on that.

If each letter has an outline, tack down and satin component then you can change the sewing order to first sew all outlines, then all tack downs and finally the satin.

Use the Object Tree to expand each letter. If the letter has the components described they will display beneath the letter in the Object Tree once expanded. In the Object Tree select a component and from the Edit Menu's Sequence Objects sub-menu you can move things to sew earlier, later, first or last.
