The color of the year is… Embrilliance!

We felt like it was a good time for a fun post; thankfully we saw a bit of news that fit the bill with flying colors.

You may know the Embrilliance logo as a yellow background with a machine embroidery needle superimposed and casting a shadow.

Well, there is possibly proof that even in color, we’re ahead of the times here at Embrilliance, and this time, it has come from none other than Pantone.

Pantone is the color industry’s standard: It’s a company that produces reference colors for designers, paint makers, and even embroiderers who need to match company logos.

This year, it looks that they’re honoring our winning combination of colors with Pantone’s Color of the Year for 2021. While they weren’t specifically looking at us, you’ll see why we’re celebrating…

Pantone announces the Color of the Year for 2021

While we never called our colors ‘Illuminating‘ or ‘Ultimate Gray‘, the people at Pantone got very close to matching our scheme perfectly, and we’re happy that our logo’s color combination is finally getting some recognition from genuine color experts! They even liked our shadow, apparently.

Yes, you could nitpick the exact shades, but hey, why do that? It’s the end of 2020, and 2021 is looking like a better year already! Let there be yellow!
