Here’s a shout out to all of our Nurses!

In my travels of teaching and tradeshows, I am always amazed at the number of currently working and retired nurses that I meet!  Today’s design was created by our friend Celeste Plauche – a nurse with crazy work hours in Louisiana who is also a moderator of our StitchArtist Digitizing Fans group!

She created this pair of in the hoop bookmark designs – depicting both male and female nurses – using StitchArtist and shared it in our StitchArtist Digitizing Fans group.  She was gracious enough to allow us to share it with everyone, and we hope that you enjoy it!

Doodlings at 3am….

Our nurses work all sorts of hours – just like so many in the medical and health professions. We knew this is what Celeste was up to when she posted this to the StitchArtist Digitizing Fans group with the message “Hope this brightens the day of some of my cohorts from around the globe.”
From Celeste, “it’s a play off of Edna from The Incredibles. My daughter claims I look like a tall Edna with my hair down and my glasses on. LOL My response to her is, “I don’t know what you’re talking about, darlink……”

The design is provided in our native .BE format, enabling you to save a stitch file for any embroidery machine.
