You guys are on fire!
Luckily, it’s only a figure of speech because our incredible firefighters work so hard to make sure we are safe!
For the latest entry in our ‘Stay Strong and Stitch On!’ campaign, we’re showing our support for the firefighters with a cool design that’s a little hotter than the standard symbols we’ve released so far.
SSSO #20: Firefighters’ Maltese Cross with Flames
This four-color, fully filled version of the classic firefighters’ symbol complete with hot-rod styled flames was created by our own Erich Campbell and will enable you to decorate apparel and accessories for your local crew.
This classic symbol features a filled central roundel and fills in all 4 arms to allow you to customize colors and cover the underlying garment. Paired with the classic flames on both sides, this Maltese Cross stands out against the background fabric for a bold look that you can easily bolster with your own custom text. At 3″ wide by 2 1/4″ tall, this larger cross is meant to make a statement, but is still suitable for multiple apparel applications.
You can download the zipped file that contains this fiery Maltese Cross at the following link!
The design is provided in our native .BE format, enabling you to save a stitch file for any embroidery machine. If you aren’t already an Embrilliance owner, we provide a free method to use our software called Express Mode that will not only allow you to use any of the wonderful free designs found in our project blog, but also enables you to install and create basic text treatments with fonts distributed in our popular .BX format produced by many embroidery design creators.
