Giving you the tools you need to stitch for your favorite firefighers!
Though we are transitioning to other sorts of designs and fun projects in our campaign, we had this dapper design made for our first responders ready to roll out.
For the latest entry in our ‘Stay Strong and Stitch On!’ campaign, we’re showing our support for the firefighters with a classic design featuring the tools of the trade for fire companies.
SSSO #25: Firefighters’ Maltese Cross with Crossed Axes
This multi-color, light-running version of the classic firefighters’ symbol complete with crossed axes, hydrant, ladder, and the classic set of firefighters’ tools was created by our own Erich Campbell and will enable you to decorate apparel and accessories for your local crew.
This classic symbol features a an openwork Maltese Cross with a central set of tools including the fireman’s helmet, hook, ladder, and trumpet. Paired with the large fire-axes heads rising on both sides, this Maltese Cross creates a bold look that you can easily bolster with your own custom text. At 3″ wide by 2 1/8″ tall, this larger cross is meant to make a statement, but is still suitable for multiple apparel applications.
